Delete your Accqui account.

If you can open the app

1. Open You.
2. Choose Privacy and account.
3. Select Delete my account, read the explanation and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@accqui.comfrom the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my Accqui account". We may ask you to verify control of that email address before acting, but we will never ask for your password.

What happens

• Your Accqui member access and sign-in identity are closed.
• Unused active voucher reservations are released.
• Saved places and return-journey preferences are deleted or anonymised.
• You will lose access to your points and reward history.

Limited records may be retained where necessary for financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, disputes or legal duties. They are access-restricted and deleted or anonymised when the approved retention period ends. See the privacy notice for your rights and complaint route.

Timing and help

We aim to acknowledge emailed requests within two UK business days and complete verified requests without undue delay, normally within 30 days. If you need help first, visit Accqui support.
