How do I earn rewards from my rent?

Keep paying rent as usual. The approved policy is 1 point for each whole £1 of eligible confirmed rent, capped at 1,500 points per member per rent month. Awards require verification and feature availability in your account. Pending submissions are not spendable points; accepted awards are immediately spendable on available eligible rewards. Points are not cash, a rent refund or cash back.

Is Accqui free to join?

Yes. Renters do not pay to join, earn Accqui Points or use an eligible reward.

What if a parent or housemate pays the rent?

You may still be eligible. We can consider rent paid through a housemate, by a parent or sponsor, or directly to student accommodation. We may ask for evidence connecting your share to the rental period and payment.

Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. Rent verification currently uses the details and evidence you submit. Your evidence is not shown to participating businesses. Read our Privacy notice before uploading, and only include the information requested.
